The Pharmacy Drug Store will only supply a maximum of 3 months therapy of any medication. The Pharmacy Drug Store reserves the right to request a copy of a prescription written by a medical physician/practitioner that is not more than twelve (12) months old.

The Pharmacy Drug Store reserves the right to contact the prescriber if verification may be needed

The medication provided by The Pharmacy Drug Store is conditional that it is for personal use only and not for a third party.

The Pharmacy Drug Store has the right to refuse supply if in the opinion of the Pharmacist-in-Charge that the medication maybe misused by the patient.

Controlled Substances

The Pharmacy Drug Store will not supply “Controlled Substances” or “Drugs of Addiction”

Anabolic Steroids

The Pharmacy Drug Store will not supply Anabolic Steroids (Human or Veterinarian)

Drug Recall

If a product recall is made by a manufacture then Pharmacy Drug Store will contact the patient with the recall information and replace the “recalled medication” at no cost to the patient.

The Pharmacy Drug Store would require the patient to return the recalled product with a Refund Claim Form, which will state “Drug Recall”. The Refund Claim Form will accompany the replacement medication.

Product Information

The Pharmacy Drug Store will provide product information if requested.
