REFUND POLICY
The following policy applies with regard the refund for goods purchased from
this website:
1. Before a refund may be issued, the customer must apply to The Pharmacy
Drugstore, a “Refund Claim Form”. Pharmacy Drugstore will provide the “Refund
Claim Form” to the customer after the customer informs Pharmacy Drugstore that
they need such form.
2. To obtain a refund, you must notify The Pharmacy Drugstore within 30 days of
your original purchase date, that you desire a refund for the product purchased.
3. The “Refund Claim Form” provided to you must be returned to The Pharmacy
Drugstore by regular mail only (no e-mail), within 10 days, in order to obtain a
refund.
4. The Pharmacy Drugstore will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of
merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a “Refund Claim Form” that was a result of an
incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to Pharmacy
Drugstore. The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.
5. For any products that are shipped by registered mail using "EMS - Express
Mail Service." it is your responsibility to make the appropriate claim to them
if the goods are damaged or lost in transit.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate
charges are investigated.
